ENHANCING PROFESSIONALS INCREASING CONNECTIONS

Our Mission:

Engaging and empowering Young Professionals through professional development and networking opportunities that inspire innovative thought and practices.

We are:

A diverse group of lawyers, accountants, sales representatives, administrative assistants, presidents, graphic designers, web designers, computer gurus, dentists, doctors, cashiers, cosmologists, stylists, and other professionals who are 21-40 years of age in the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce.

Meetings and Outings:

The JAX group offers professional enhancement presentations, typically the last Tuesday of each month, that cover a diverse set of traditional and non-traditional topics that range from "How to Market in Today's Economy" to "To Buy or To Lease a Car: That is the Question". These presentations are roughly 30 - 45 minutes long with networking to follow. The locations of these meetings are at local restaurants that include Winking Lizard Tavern, 91 Wood Fired Oven, and other generous Jackson-Belden Chamber members.

A unique characteristic of JAX is our exciting social and community awareness events! We get the most out of our spring and summer months by scheduling picnics, volunteering at a Habitat House, and mini-golf outings. During the fall and winter months, we deter cabin fever with our gathering at Maize Valley and our holiday blow-out: "DecNober Festivis".
